New The Last Days Trailer Released!

If there's anything to look out for in Spanish Cinema it's none other than the post-apocalyptic film The Last Days. With a new trailer revealing more of the story, this movie directed by duo David and Alex Pastor gets impressive every time. With an apocalypse which happened because of a psychological epidemic or a phobia of open spaces we have a new post apocalyptic movie to watch out for. An original idea among all the end of the world movies recently.

Here's the official synopsis of the film:

A mysterious epidemic spreads across the planet. Humanity develops an irrational fear of open spaces that causes instant death. Soon, the world population is trapped inside buildings. As Barcelona descends into chaos, Marc sets off on a quest to find Julia, his missing girlfriend, without ever going outside.

The film is set for a March 2013 release in Spain. Why are Spanish films getting a lot of Hollywood treatment and attention lately? Well, they certainly have good story-tellers and next to awesome material. What do you think?
