WATER FOR ELEPHANTS MOVIE

Robert Pattinson got the lead role in the movie adaptation of Sara Gruen's international best selling novel "Water for Elephants" movie.He will be paired with Reese Witherspoon who will play as a star performer in a circus.

A veterinary student abandons his studies after his parents are killed and joins a traveling circus as their vet.

I wonder why it's called "Water for Elephants", in the first place?
