Despite Nicholas Cage on the lead role for Ghost Rider, the movie didn't win most of the viewers taste for the fantasy film.But surprisingly, Ghost Rider will be having a movie sequel - Ghost Rider 2.When Nicholas Cage was interviewed by MTV, and was asked if he wants the Ghost Rider story to go back from scratch or sort of like continue he answered “I would like to do a reconceive. I would like to go in a whole other direction, and I think that’s what they’re talking about.Make it more international less western, maybe a story with some relation to the Catholic Church.”

And now here's the breaking news! The upcoming movie sequel to Ghost Rider, Ghost Rider 2" is officially titled Ghost Rider Spirit of Vengeance. Nicolas Cage will reprise his role as Johnny Blaze now with a much exciting plot.Hiding out in remote Eastern Europe and struggling to repress his curse. Blaze a.k.a the "Ghost Rider" is recruited by a sect to take on the devil, who wants to take over his mortal son’s body on the boy’s birthday.

The movie might come out as early as the first quarter of 2011!
