"Let Me In" Movie 2010 The Remake

"Let Me In" is an upcoming 2010 fantasy thriller film remake of the Swedish movie with the working title "Let the right one in".The movie is directed by Matt Reeves (Cloverfield) and stars Kodi Smit-McPhee, Chloe Moretz, Richard Jenkins, Elias Koteas, Cara Buono and Sasha Barrese.

LET ME IN MOVIE released date is on October 1, 2010.Director Matt Reeves said in an interview and I quote "It’s very much an Americanization of the tale that John Ajvide Lindqvist tells. [...] It’s so much about that period of preadolescence, that feeling of being a child and of being bullied, the difficulties of growing up. It’s such a beautiful coming-of-age story, in addition to being such a terrific genre story. [...] I really wanted to put you, even more so, into the point of view of the boy and understand his childhood as vividly as it comes across in the book."

Let Me In 2010, tells a terrifying tale about an alienated 12-year old boy named Owen (Kodi Smit-McPhee) who is viciously bullied by his classmates and neglected by his divorcing parents. Achingly lonely, Owen spends his days plotting revenge on his middle school tormentors and his evenings spying on the other inhabitants of his apartment complex. His only friend is his new neighbor Abby (Chloe Moretz), an eerily self-possessed young girl who lives next door with her silent father (Richard Jenkins). A frail, troubled child about Owens’s age, Abby emerges from her heavily curtained apartment only at night and always barefoot, seemingly immune to the bitter winter elements. Recognizing a fellow outcast, Owen opens up to her and before long, the two have formed a unique bond.
